• My wife needed a robust bike for riding on the tracks and bridleways near our house. Perhaps a small offroad style frame with 29" wheels would give the 'sit up and beg' riding posture she wanted? A Google search for budget 29ers came up with a great deal at Rutland Cycling, but we were still unsure about whether the idea would work. Rutland's Grafham shop had bikes of that type we could hire, so we paid a visit, discussed the idea with their friendly and knowledgeable staff, then took a small frame 29er out for a 2hr loop around the Grafham water cycle path. That evening the bike was ordered online and 2 days later it arrived, together with a large bouncy saddle. I hate the riding position, but my wife says its the most comfortable bike she's ever tried. • I recently purchased an Eddy Merckx EMX-3 Centaur Road Bike - 2012. The bike is absolutely awesome and the price was unbeleivably good too, best online price I could find. the bike arrived ready to ride and well tuned. The advice I received from Rutland Cycles regarding frame size was spot on and saved me any dissapointment due to the size I had originally ordered. • The bike I purchased was great value and is certainly worth the price for the spec (including disc brakes, lightweight frame etc.) Just check out this price compared to other websites! I bought this bike for family cycle rides both on the road and on cycle tracks in the country, hence the choice of a hybrid. I took it out for its first run last night and it felt great. The build quality seems really good and I really cannot fault it for the price! The bike was delivered by TNT within a couple of days of ordering, really good service from Rutland Cycling......I will certainly look at their website first for all my future cycling needs!
• The burst of enthusiasm spawned by the Tour De France was met with disappointment in this family, dusting off the cycles, we all had flat tyres but we could only find one mini pump, which meant some of us couldn't inflate our long neglected inner tubes - problem solved by Rutland Cycling, great VFM, reasonably good quality, robust and will no doubt last us for years.

• Hi I just wanted to thank you for the quick delivery of my Saris Solo bike carrier. I am new to cycling at 58yrs old and was finding it a bit of a faff having to load and unload my bike into my car every time plus having to take the wheel off.
