The wheel was very much appreciated and I'm back on the road again (or should I say off-road again!). A massive thanks once again for the amazing customer service I have received from Rutland Cycling. You and your team have gone well beyond the 'extra-mile' and displayed a level of service that I have never experienced before from a UK retail organisation. You have a customer for life! The service I have recently received from this company is second to none! I recently returned a pair of Meindl walking shoes to Rutland Cycling and the after sales service they offered was excellent. I wonder how many companies would make the effort to dry out my VERY wet shoes before sending the shoes on to Meindl for further inspection! Furthermore the advice I received over the phone was helpful and reassuring. Rutland Cyling continued to keep me informed of progress and after consulting with Meindl sent me a new pair of shoes. This kind of after sales service is not only appreciated but is very reassuring when making a purchase on line. I fully recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a quality product on line. Shiny new wheel arrived yesterday - was fitted last night and got me to and from work in style today! Thank you again for all your swift help - I am truly grateful that you replaced the wheel which is more than I expected and so quickly as it is my primary method of transport and so is missed every day it's off the road. Recently puchased a Coyote Big Sur road bike on the advice of one of the guys in customer service. Extremely pleased with my purchase and the excellent service and knowledge offered by Rutland Cycles and the very quick delivery.

I found the site very easy to navigate with in depth information and features on a full range of product lines for cycling, hiking, camping and climbing including accessories and their prices very competitive, which certainly couldn't be beaten for what I was looking to purchase, plus free postage on all UK orders over £10. Having placed my order online I found the whole process smooth and painless. I was kept fully informed via e-mail in relation to the current status of my order. "I was pleased with your regular communication regarding delivery of my item Advising that it was out of stock and when you estimated arrival. Another mail confirmed it was in and being despatch and duly arrived the next day! It was well packed, better quality than expected and substantially made. The paint covering isn't perfect in places, but apart from that very good with basic clear instructions. The price of £22.49 was also considerably cheaper than the £40.00 I had seen elsewhere, given that it was a recommended piece of kit!All in all I am very pleased with your service, prices and speed of delivery and can now finally get the car back in the garage!"
