A gift voucher from Rutland Cycling is the perfect Birthday, Christmas (or anytime) treat for the cycling enthusiast. We have two types of gift voucher:

1. In-store Gift Vouchers

We offer a range of gift vouchers in store, to spend on our entire range of bikes, clothing, parts, accessories or repairs. In-store gift vouchers can be used at any of our four shops, but cannot be used online.

2. Online Gift Vouchers

A Rutland Cycling Online Gift Voucher can be used to buy any item sold on rutlandcycling.com. You can email it to family and friends, or print it out to give to them personally. Online gift vouchers cannot be used in our shops.

How does an Online Gift Voucher work?

Online Gift Vouchers are available in the following denominations: £25, £50, £75, £100, £150, £200, £250. Your voucher is delivered straight to your Inbox and contains an electronic voucher code, which can then be redeemed in the Checkout to buy any product on rutlandcycling.com.

You can forward the voucher by email to the lucky recipient, or print it out and deliver it in person! Alternatively, if you would prefer us to email the Online Gift Voucher directly to the recipient, please state this when ordering and include your chosen recipient’s name and email address.

Please note that Online Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be used in-store.

How do I order an Online Gift Voucher?

Go to our Gift Vouchers page, choose the amount, and simply ‘Add to basket’ like any other product. Then continue to checkout to complete your order.

If you would like to purchase more than one gift voucher, just increase the item quantity on the basket page, or go back to the Gift Vouchers product page and add more items to your basket. You can also buy other products at the same time as placing your gift voucher order.

How long will my Online Gift Voucher take to arrive?

Your order will be processed within 1 working day, and often arrives much quicker. If you still haven’t received your voucher, please email us at enquiries@rutlandcycling.com, or call us on 01572 737 626.

I am the recipient of an Online Gift Voucher – how do I redeem it?

You can use your Rutland Cycling Online Gift Voucher to purchase any product on rutlandcycling.com.

To redeem your voucher, select the item(s) you wish to order and add them to your basket. To apply your gift voucher select the ‘Voucher codes and special offer’ section below the ‘Delivery options’ in the main basket page. Enter the electronic voucher code you received in the ‘Enter code’ box and select the ‘apply voucher’ button. This will then apply the voucher to your order. If you are lucky enough to have received multiple gift vouchers you can redeem more than one against an order by repeating this process. Then proceed to Checkout as normal.

Gift Vouchers (online and in-store) – what are the restrictions?

• Online gift vouchers can only be used on rutlandcycling.com.
• In-store gift vouchers can only be used in our shops.
• Vouchers can only be used once.
• Vouchers must be used in a single transaction – unfortunately, we cannot refund any unused portion of a Voucher, so do try to use every penny of it! We can accept part cash, part voucher payments.
• We regret that it is not possible to use gift vouchers against orders which you wish to purchase via the finance payment option.
• Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights. The value of the gift voucher cannot be converted back to cash.
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

What if I want to return my order that I’ve purchased with a gift voucher?

In-store

To return a store purchase that you’ve paid for using an In-Store Gift Voucher, please complete the standard returns process in store. Your refund will be issued via the same payment method used – so, if you paid, or part-paid, using a gift voucher, any refund will be issued in gift vouchers to the same value.

Online

To return an online order that you’ve paid for using an Online Gift Voucher, please complete our standard returns process. Your refund will be issued via the same payment method used to pay for the order – so, if you paid, or part-paid, using a gift voucher, any refund will be issued in gift vouchers to the same value.

What if I have lost my Gift Voucher?

In-store Gift Vouchers

If you have lost your unused in-store gift voucher, please ask the purchaser to contact us at the store it was purchased from so that it can be reissued. Please note that the original expiry date will still apply.

Online Gift Vouchers

If you have lost your unused Online Gift Voucher, please ask the purchaser if they still have the email containing your voucher code. If not, please ask the purchaser to contact us at enquiries@rutlandcycling.com, so that the Gift Voucher can be reissued. Please note that the original expiry date will still apply.
