Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept most major credit cards for online orders. You will be asked to enter your card details and the name and the address of the card holder when you place the order. These details will be checked and we may hold an order until we receive the correct details. You will be contacted if we find the card or address details to be incorrect. We only bill your card when your order is ready to be dispatched.

| Delivery Info |

Please note we can only deliver orders to a different address other than the address the card is registered to if it is a work address*, therefore you must supply us with a company name. Please add the full company details into the Address & City/Town fields (you can type more into the text box than is shown). Please Note: We can only send orders from overseas to the billing address.
*On orders over £200, delivery can only be made to the address assigned to the credit/debit card used for payment, this only applies to your first purchase with us, subsequent orders can then be delivered to a work address. For orders to mainland Europe (EU) and further a field, we will quote you the best postage costs by return Email or alternatively call us on 01572 737 626 and we can quote over the phone. We will only despatch upon confirmation that you are happy with that cost.
For orders consisting of multiple items we will post out part of your order if we don't have all of the items requested within 4 days. This will not affect your postage charge. We will only charge for the items posted and the postage charge will be included with the first item.
Specialized bicycles and equipment are only available to residents of the United Kingdom

| Pricing |
|
Prices include VAT (Value Added Tax)* at the standard UK rate of 15.0%. VAT does not apply to orders that are to be shipped outside the E.U. or to Tax Free areas such as the Channel Islands. These areas will be priced and billed with VAT deducted.
If you select a delivery country outside the E.U., prices will be displayed VAT free, for example, an item which costs £50.00 will be shown and billed as £43.48 when it is VAT free.
While we do our best to ensure prices are up to date and correct, errors may occur and in this case you will be contacted before your order is shipped.
*In the UK helmets/some children's cloths/some food products are already VAT free, so price is not affected by delivery destination.

| Returns |

Rutland Cycling conform to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items by Mail Order. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don’t fit, you’ve ordered the wrong things, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don’t like what you’ve ordered. | Back Orders |

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

| Price Matching |
|
The conditions of our price match policy are as follows: If the goods we sell are cheaper elsewhere, we will match that price. The same goods must be in stock elsewhere at the point of purchase for the price match to be valid. Just tell us where you have found the goods cheaper and we will do the rest.

| Tax Charges |
|
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15.0% VAT (Value Added Tax) is added on most products (products exempt from VAT include books & helmets). All prices in the catalogue are quoted including and excluding VAT. If you are ordering from outside the EU you shop Tax-Free (No VAT). | Restocking Fee |
|
If you are returning a bike we will charge you for the collection of the bike. This is £25 and will be arranged by a member of our staff. This deduction will be made off the total amount being refunded to you. If you have any queries regarding refund procedures then please call us on 01572 737 626.

| Accuracy of Information |
|
We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturer's websites, catalogues, and often our own descriptions of the products. Although we aim that every picture and description and price is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn’t correct. If you have purchased something based on a picture or description or price on the website which turns out to be incorrect we will be happy to replace or refund the product (unused).

| Credit Card Security |

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
