    Quite simply, if you spend £20 or more in a single order we'll deliver your item(s) free of charge. For your peace of mind, we use a tracked service on all orders. There are of course several more options available to you and you can choose to upgrade your delivery (for a small charge) to use one of our priority courier services.

    Express (next day) delivery is available from £1.99 for small items and from £3.99 for larger items. We also have timed delivery, Collect+, weekend and morning services available.

    Bicycle delivery T&C's

    All of our bicycles will be shipped on a 24 hour service with Panther Logistics. When the bicycle is shipped you will receive a confirmation of your timed slot along with a call 30 minutes prior to delivery. Delivery is free to most areas of the UK but some areas of Scotland and the Highlands may incur a surcharge of up to £30. Please check the shipping cost before checking out.

    Please note that we offer this premium service in order to offer the most convenience for our customers. For this reason, a £20 charge will apply for each additional delivery attempt if you fail to inform ourselves or the courier that you won't be available to accept delivery. Please note - we will need to be informed at least one day before delivery is due to take place.

    If you are unable to accept delivery of your bicycle on the day specified then please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange delivery for a different day, or request for the item to be left in a safe place. Please note we are unable to change a delivery on the day that it us due to take place.

    You will be provided with an estimated delivery date at checkout, however this is only an estimate and you will receive a confirmation email the afternoon that the bicycle is shipped. You can also call Panther up to 8pm the night before your order is delivered to make any amendments on 01604 215 000.

    Order before 2pm Mon-Fri for same-day despatch.

    We know when you order online, you're eager to receive your parcel as soon as possible. That's why we'll despatch your items the same working day, providing you order before 2pm and select one of our premium shipping options. There are a few exceptions to this: for example, products (including bikes) which require assembly, and products which are located in our stores or other warehouses will not be shipped on the same day. We'll make sure this is clear to you when you add your items to the basket, and you will be able to see an accurate delivery estimate in the checkout.  If you're unsure, you can always get in touch by calling 0330 555 0080 or emailing enquiries@rutlandcycling.com.

    Express (next day) delivery is available from £1.99 for small items and from £3.99 for larger items. We also have timed delivery, Collect+, weekend and morning services available.

    UK non-mainland delivery charges

    To offer you the most competitive prices we unfortunately have to charge a surcharge for orders leaving the UK Mainland - this includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle Of Man and the Channel Islands. We promise only to charge the additional postage costs and not a penny more - your total postage will be calculated for you at the checkout.

    Not received your package?

    Firstly, please check to see if you have received an email from us, telling you your order has been sent. If you haven’t received any emails confirming your order, then email us or give us a call on 0330 555 0080 and one of our customer service team will be able to help.

    In the unlikely event that you've not had your item(s) delivered in the timeframe that was provided, please get in touch by calling 0330 555 0080 or emailing enquiries@rutlandcycling.com. Make sure you've got your order reference number to hand (you'll find this in your order confirmation email).

    Damaged order/packaging

    If your items are damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as you have received them.

    We do our very best to ensure your items arrive in good condition. In the rare event of a problem with your delivery, please either reject the delivery or sign for the item as "damaged" or "unchecked" if you do not have the opportunity to inspect the delivery. You must inform us via email of any such problems within 7 working days.

    Please note: if you have instructed the courier to leave your package on your doorstep or in another insecure place, we cannot claim for missing items or damage to your package. We therefore strongly recommend that you ask the courier to leave your package with a trusted neighbour, or collect it from a local delivery depot.

    Premium UK Delivery Options

    Interlink Predict - now available for bikes!

    Thanks to an industry-leading Predict service, we provide our customers with a one hour delivery window. This service is available on most items, including bikes. Interlink will notify you by SMS and email so you won't have to wait around all day wondering what time your delivery will be with you. You'll even be able to watch the progress of your delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute time slot. Furthermore, if you find yourself quite busy on the day of delivery Interlink will provide you rescheduling options both the night before and on the day, meaning you'll be able to reschedule or change your delivery by; selecting an alternative delivery date, opting to delivery to a nominated neighbour, leaving the parcel in a safe place, collecting your parcel from your local interlink depot or upgrade to delivery before 12.

     

    Saturday Delivery

    We offer a guaranteed Saturday Delivery service, for all orders. To choose this, select "Saturday delivery" from our courier options in the shopping cart or later on in checkout. Saturday delivery will be on the closest Saturday from day of despatch.


    CollectPlus Information

    1. How much does CollectPlus cost?

    The CollectPlus service is free on orders over £20.00 and £2.99 on orders below £20.00 - it doesn't matter how many items are included.

    2. How do I select to have my order delivered to a CollectPlus collection point?

    When placing your order you will be able to choose CollectPlus as a delivery option on the Delivery Options page before you get to the Payment page of checkout.

    3. Why is CollectPlus not available for my current order?

    Unfortunately some items can’t be sent  to a CollectPlus collection point. This is probably because the item you wish to purchase is either too large or too heavy for this delivery method.

    Please note that this service is only available for suitable items being shipped to customers in the UK.

    4. How many CollectPlus collection points are there?

    CollectPlus has over 5,500 stores throughout the UK and Northern Ireland. These could be your local Co-Op McColls, Budgens or Spar, as well as many independently owned convenience stores and newsagents and petrol stations. Unfortunately there are no collection points in the Channel Islands or at BFPO locations at the moment.

    5. Where is my nearest CollectPlus collection point?

    During checkout, when you select CollectPlus as your delivery method, you will also be able to select your nearest collection point.  Alternatively the CollectPlus website offers a postcode or location search.

    6. When are CollectPlus collection points open?

    Nearly all CollectPlus stores are  open early ‘til late, 7 days a week. The opening times for your local store will be shown as you choose your preferred collection point when placing your order.

    7. How long will it take for my order to arrive at my chosen CollectPlus collection point?

    Once you have successfully placed and paid for your order, your item(s) will be processed and shipped to your chosen collection point. You will receive confirmation from CollectPlus via email and or SMS once your parcel is available for collection. This will include your unique collection code. Your item(s) will normally arrive at the collection point within 2 working days of your order being processed. Parcels are delivered to CollectPlus collection points Monday to Saturday. A specific time for arrival cannot be given.

    8. What do I need to take when I collect my parcel?

    Please take your CollectPlus collection code and proof of ID with you when you go to the collection point to collect your parcel.

    9. When making a collection, what ID is accepted?

    CollectPlus collection points accept the following forms of ID:

    • Driving licence
    • Utility bill
    • Mobile phone bill
    • Wage slip
    • Bank statement
    • Cheque guarantee/credit/debit card
    • Bank/building society book
    • Passport
    • Cheque book

    10. What should I do if I lose my collection code from CollectPlus?

    If you have lost the collection code sent to you by CollectPlus via email or SMS then please contact us to arrange for a new collection code to be issued, as you cannot collect your parcel without it.

    11. What should I do if I don’t receive my collection code from CollectPlus?

    If you haven’t received an email or SMS from CollectPlus with your collection code and the parcel’s estimated date of arrival has passed, then please contact us as our Customer Service team will be able to help you.

    12. Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?

    Yes, it is possible for someone to collect your parcel on your behalf, but they must have your proof of ID and your collection code.

    13. What if my order includes back-order items?

    Your order will be split in two. Your in-stock items will be processed as usual for collection at your nominated CollectPlus collection point. Your back-order items will be processed and sent once they arrive in our warehouse. In this instance you will receive two notifications of delivery from CollectPlus and two barcodes, so do make sure that when you are collecting your back-order item that you take the correct collection barcode with you.

    14. How long will I have to collect my parcel?

    Your parcel will be held at by CollectPlus at their collection point for 10 days before being returned to us. You will receive reminders from CollectPlus after 3 days and 7 days of the parcel arriving at the collection point if you haven’t already collected your parcel. If your parcel is returned to us it will be processed as a return and a refund will be issued. You may still be charged for the CollectPlus delivery cost.

    15. What should I do if my parcel isn't available when I arrive at the CollectPlus collection point?

    Please contact us and we will look into it.

    16. Once my order has left Rutland Cycling can I track it?

    Yes, CollectPlus provides a tracking service which allows you to see where you parcel is. CollectPlus will also provide SMS updates if a mobile number has been provided.

    17. What should I do if I don’t want my order anymore?

    If your order has already been processed, then please do not collect the parcel from the CollectPlus collection point. Any uncollected orders will be returned to us after 10 days and a refund will be issued. You may still be charged for the CollectPlus delivery cost.

    18. What if I want to return an item I have collected from a CollectPlus collection point?

    If, when you pick up your parcel, you decide that you don’t want all or part of the order, or an incorrect item has been sent, please follow our normal returns process

    Bicycle delivery T&C's

    All of our bicycles will be shipped on a 24 hour service with Panther Logistics. When the bicycle is shipped you will receive a confirmation of your timed slot along with a call 30 minutes prior to delivery. Delivery is free to most areas of the UK but some areas of Scotland and the Highlands may incur a surcharge of up to £30. Please check the shipping cost before checking out.

    Please note that we offer this premium service in order to offer the most convenience for our customers. For this reason, a £20 charge will apply for each additional delivery attempt if you fail to inform ourselves or the courier that you won't be available to accept delivery. Please note - we will need to be informed at least one day before delivery is due to take place.

    If you are unable to accept delivery of your bicycle on the day specified then please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange delivery for a different day, or request for the item to be left in a safe place. Please note we are unable to change a delivery on the day that it us due to take place.

    You will be provided with an estimated delivery date at checkout, however this is only an estimate and you will receive a confirmation email the afternoon that the bicycle is shipped. You can also call Panther up to 8pm the night before your order is delivered to make any amendments on 01604 215 000.

    Order before 2pm Mon-Fri for same-day despatch.

    We know when you order online, you're eager to receive your parcel as soon as possible. That's why we'll despatch your items the same working day, providing you order before 2pm and select one of our premium shipping options. There are a few exceptions to this: for example, products (including bikes) which require assembly, and products which are located in our stores or other warehouses will not be shipped on the same day. We'll make sure this is clear to you when you add your items to the basket, and you will be able to see an accurate delivery estimate in the checkout.  If you're unsure, you can always get in touch by calling 0330 555 0080 or emailing enquiries@rutlandcycling.com.

    UK non-mainland delivery charges

    To offer you the most competitive prices we unfortunately have to charge a surcharge for orders leaving the UK Mainland - this includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle Of Man and the Channel Islands. We promise only to charge the additional postage costs and not a penny more - your total postage will be calculated for you at the checkout.

    Not received your package?

    Firstly, please check to see if you have received an email from us, telling you your order has been sent. If you haven’t received any emails confirming your order, then email us or give us a call on 0330 555 0080 and one of our customer service team will be able to help.

    In the unlikely event that you've not had your item(s) delivered in the timeframe that was provided, please get in touch by calling 0330 555 0080 or emailing enquiries@rutlandcycling.com. Make sure you've got your order reference number to hand (you'll find this in your order confirmation email).

    Damaged order/packaging

    If your items are damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as you have received them.

    We do our very best to ensure your items arrive in good condition. In the rare event of a problem with your delivery, please either reject the delivery or sign for the item as "damaged" or "unchecked" if you do not have the opportunity to inspect the delivery. You must inform us via email of any such problems within 7 working days.

    Please note: if you have instructed the courier to leave your package on your doorstep or in another insecure place, we cannot claim for missing items or damage to your package. We therefore strongly recommend that you ask the courier to leave your package with a trusted neighbour, or collect it from a local delivery depot.

    Premium UK Delivery Options

    Interlink Predict - now available for bikes!

    Thanks to an industry-leading Predict service, we provide our customers with a one hour delivery window. This service is available on most items, including bikes. Interlink will notify you by SMS and email so you won't have to wait around all day wondering what time your delivery will be with you. You'll even be able to watch the progress of your delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute time slot. Furthermore, if you find yourself quite busy on the day of delivery Interlink will provide you rescheduling options both the night before and on the day, meaning you'll be able to reschedule or change your delivery by; selecting an alternative delivery date, opting to delivery to a nominated neighbour, leaving the parcel in a safe place, collecting your parcel from your local interlink depot or upgrade to delivery before 12.

     

    Saturday Delivery

    We offer a guaranteed Saturday Delivery service, for all orders. To choose this, select "Saturday delivery" from our courier options in the shopping cart or later on in checkout. Saturday delivery will be on the closest Saturday from day of despatch.


    CollectPlus Information

    1. How much does CollectPlus cost?

    The CollectPlus service is free on orders over £20.00 and £2.99 on orders below £20.00 - it doesn't matter how many items are included.

    2. How do I select to have my order delivered to a CollectPlus collection point?

    When placing your order you will be able to choose CollectPlus as a delivery option on the Delivery Options page before you get to the Payment page of checkout.

    3. Why is CollectPlus not available for my current order?

    Unfortunately some items can’t be sent  to a CollectPlus collection point. This is probably because the item you wish to purchase is either too large or too heavy for this delivery method.

    Please note that this service is only available for suitable items being shipped to customers in the UK.

    4. How many CollectPlus collection points are there?

    CollectPlus has over 5,500 stores throughout the UK and Northern Ireland. These could be your local Co-Op McColls, Budgens or Spar, as well as many independently owned convenience stores and newsagents and petrol stations. Unfortunately there are no collection points in the Channel Islands or at BFPO locations at the moment.

    5. Where is my nearest CollectPlus collection point?

    During checkout, when you select CollectPlus as your delivery method, you will also be able to select your nearest collection point.  Alternatively the CollectPlus website offers a postcode or location search.

    6. When are CollectPlus collection points open?

    Nearly all CollectPlus stores are  open early ‘til late, 7 days a week. The opening times for your local store will be shown as you choose your preferred collection point when placing your order.

    7. How long will it take for my order to arrive at my chosen CollectPlus collection point?

    Once you have successfully placed and paid for your order, your item(s) will be processed and shipped to your chosen collection point. You will receive confirmation from CollectPlus via email and or SMS once your parcel is available for collection. This will include your unique collection code. Your item(s) will normally arrive at the collection point within 2 working days of your order being processed. Parcels are delivered to CollectPlus collection points Monday to Saturday. A specific time for arrival cannot be given.

    8. What do I need to take when I collect my parcel?

    Please take your CollectPlus collection code and proof of ID with you when you go to the collection point to collect your parcel.

    9. When making a collection, what ID is accepted?

    CollectPlus collection points accept the following forms of ID:

    • Driving licence
    • Utility bill
    • Mobile phone bill
    • Wage slip
    • Bank statement
    • Cheque guarantee/credit/debit card
    • Bank/building society book
    • Passport
    • Cheque book

    10. What should I do if I lose my collection code from CollectPlus?

    If you have lost the collection code sent to you by CollectPlus via email or SMS then please contact us to arrange for a new collection code to be issued, as you cannot collect your parcel without it.

    11. What should I do if I don’t receive my collection code from CollectPlus?

    If you haven’t received an email or SMS from CollectPlus with your collection code and the parcel’s estimated date of arrival has passed, then please contact us as our Customer Service team will be able to help you.

    12. Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?

    Yes, it is possible for someone to collect your parcel on your behalf, but they must have your proof of ID and your collection code.

    13. What if my order includes back-order items?

    Your order will be split in two. Your in-stock items will be processed as usual for collection at your nominated CollectPlus collection point. Your back-order items will be processed and sent once they arrive in our warehouse. In this instance you will receive two notifications of delivery from CollectPlus and two barcodes, so do make sure that when you are collecting your back-order item that you take the correct collection barcode with you.

    14. How long will I have to collect my parcel?

    Your parcel will be held at by CollectPlus at their collection point for 10 days before being returned to us. You will receive reminders from CollectPlus after 3 days and 7 days of the parcel arriving at the collection point if you haven’t already collected your parcel. If your parcel is returned to us it will be processed as a return and a refund will be issued. You may still be charged for the CollectPlus delivery cost.

    15. What should I do if my parcel isn't available when I arrive at the CollectPlus collection point?

    Please contact us and we will look into it.

    16. Once my order has left Rutland Cycling can I track it?

    Yes, CollectPlus provides a tracking service which allows you to see where you parcel is. CollectPlus will also provide SMS updates if a mobile number has been provided.

    17. What should I do if I don’t want my order anymore?

    If your order has already been processed, then please do not collect the parcel from the CollectPlus collection point. Any uncollected orders will be returned to us after 10 days and a refund will be issued. You may still be charged for the CollectPlus delivery cost.

    18. What if I want to return an item I have collected from a CollectPlus collection point?

    If, when you pick up your parcel, you decide that you don’t want all or part of the order, or an incorrect item has been sent, please follow our normal returns process

    Established over 30 years ago, Rutland Cycling started as a small family operated hire centre at Whitwell on the north shore of Rutland Water. We are still a family business and now sell, supply and hire bicycles, bicycle kit, clothing, accessories and related equipment.

    Company/Seller shall mean Rutland Water Cycling Ltd, trading as Rutland Cycling, registered in England and Wales under company number 2926548.

    Our registered office is Rutland Cycling, c/o Cheney & Co, 310 Wellingborough Road, Northampton, NN1 4EP.

    Our VAT Number is 974976545.

    Buyer/Purchaser shall mean any person, sole trader, partnership, business, body corporate or other entity detailed in the appropriate section of the sales invoice/order form and shall include all successors, heirs and assigns. Where a person deals entirely as a consumer, legal rights shall remain unaffected. Where the term buyer appears within these terms it shall mean consumer buyer/purchaser unless specified as relating to a trade buyer or consumer buyer individually.

    Goods or equipment shall mean the items detailed in the appropriate section of the sales/order form and it shall be a core term of this agreement that all ancillary items are additional to this agreement unless specifically detailed within the sales invoice/order form.

    Price shall mean the consideration due for purchase and shall include VAT unless otherwise stated. Purchasers should note that prices quoted may vary during the currency of brochures (upwards or downwards) and current prices are quoted at the time of order. In respect of orders placed via the Internet, these shall not be accepted by us until confirmed.

    We know when you order online, you're eager to receive your parcel as soon as possible. That's why we'll despatch your items the same working day, providing you order before 2pm and select one of our premium shipping options. There are a few exceptions to this: for example, products (including bikes) which require assembly, and products which are located in our stores or other warehouses will not be shipped on the same day.     General

    1. “Working day” shall mean any day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
    2. These conditions shall apply to all of the company’s quotations and contracts, orders (including telephone orders) for the sale or supply of goods accepted by the company. For the trade buyer, any other terms or representations, whether implied by statute, made prior to, collateral with or subsequent to the contract or order are hereby excluded and shall not be binding upon the company. For the consumer purchaser, additional conditions shall only be binding upon the company if confirmed in writing by the company.
    3. The company reserves the right to amend technical or clerical errors in any order without notice. In addition, the buyer shall ensure that all details contained within the order are correct and no liability for any error or inaccuracy shall lie with the company.

    Guarantees

    1. All guarantees for products are provided entirely by the manufacturers/UK importers and are subject to terms contained therein. Purchasers are reminded to complete all warranty cards/documents upon receipt of goods where appropriate.

    Limitations upon liability

    1. Advice given by agents or servants of this company during telephone/Internet orders is based entirely upon information given by the purchaser. Where advice is given after visual inspection by agents or servants of this company, such advice shall amount to an opinion only and the company shall not accept liability for any inaccuracies. Additionally, goods supplied are supplied only to correspond to the purpose for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied and not alternative uses to which they may be put. ??No liability for failure can be accepted by this company for such alternative use, amendment or modification.
    2. Compatibility of goods is not guaranteed where modifications or alterations have been made and the company shall, in such circumstances, and at its discretion, issue a refund or credit to the purchaser.
    3. Where goods purchased by the buyer are alleged to be defective, the purchaser agrees to return such goods to the seller for inspection and report (without the seller replacing the said goods prior to such inspection). The purchaser further confirms that it shall be reasonable for the seller to inspect, repair or replace (at its option) such defective goods and allow manufacturers to undertake inspections so as to allow production methods to be modified. The purchaser also accepts that it is reasonable to inform the seller of any interruption, defect or other failure prior to contacting independent third parties or incurring expense and, in addition, to allow the seller to remedy the defect, failure or interruption. Parts modified or adapted by the purchaser shall no longer be warranted by the manufacturer nor shall the company be liable for any failures resulting subsequent to modification.
    4. “Competition” goods are supplied for specialist use and are subject to extreme wear and stress whilst in use. Life expectancy and durability are greatly reduced and purchasers should note that any claim for failure/wear shall be limited to that of the manufactures guarantees. It is agreed that such use shall be a relevant circumstance for the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended). In addition, parts connected to parts supplied by this company may be placed under stress where specialist/competition parts are used, and purchasers should take advice from experts prior to purchase. Manufacturers may also limit guarantees when components are installed for competition use.
    5. Where modifications or alterations and poor maintenance to goods have been made the company shall accept no liability for death or personal injury unless caused directly by its own negligence.
    6. No liability is accepted by the company where purchasers attempt to modify or install components supplied where it is known or ought reasonably to be known that the part supplied is incorrectly supplied, defective or otherwise not in accordance with the order.
    7. The company accepts no liability in respect of failure to supply or other interruptions caused by matters beyond the reasonable control of the company, including strikes, lockouts, civil disputes, acts of God, war,website pricing or stock availability errors or actions by third parties.
    8. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement shall confer, nor is it intended to confer, a benefit on any third party (for the purposes of the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or for any other purpose).
    9. If you wish to make a change to an order or cancel it then it is important to note that our turn around time on messages is 1 working day. There is a chance therefore that your request may not be picked up in time. If you need to make a change to your order then you may be safer speaking to us directly Monday-Friday 9.30-5pm on 0330 555 0080. Our despatch team also work on a 1 day turn around so there is a chance that your order will be despatched before we are able to make any changes. If this happens, Rutland Cycling will not hold any responsibility for errors caused by incorrect information provided at checkout. If you wish to change your delivery address after an order has been placed, then we will require a proof of residency for the billing address in advance. Again we will not be held responsible for orders that are sent out with incorrect information, even if you have contacted us.

    Payment terms

    1. Web based prices are given on the assumption that no variation in the price will be made by the manufacturer/sole importer and that Government levies remain unaltered. In the event of such changes, orders placed before the variation will remain the same price and no further increases will be passed to customer.
    2. Please note: All Website and Mail Order payments are processed at the point of purchase.
    3. We endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website and any subsequent publications are correct. Occasionally, however, an error may occur and Products may be mispriced. If a Product’s correct price is lower than the price stated on the Web Store, we will charge the lower amount and send you the Product. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on the Web Store, we will, at our discretion, contact you and ask you whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We will not be obliged to supply products at an incorrect price.

    Title and delivery

    1. Title to the product shall not pass to the buyer until the company has received payment in full completing the contract. In the event that sums owing in respect of other items ordered within contract remain due, apportionment by this company shall take place without prejudice to the right to retain title in respect of all goods ordered.
    2. All times given for despatch or delivery are approximate and time shall not be of the essence. The buyer agrees to allow 30 days in any written notice making time of the essence and further agrees to accept full liability in respect of delayed or late delivery or dispatch. In any event, delivery times are approximate and variable. When delivery is effected to the purchaser directly or to an independent delivery contractor as agent for the purchaser, risk shall pass to the buyer immediately.
    3. The buyer is required to notify the company, in writing, of any shortage, miss delivery or other discrepancy immediately, or at the latest within five days of such failure, thereafter the buyer shall be liable for any such discrepancy. Where delivery is effected to the buyers own delivery contractor, loss or damage in transit claims should be made directly to the carrier. The company will assist purchasers in making their claim. Buyers should retain all packaging in the event of a claim or return within the terms of this agreement.

    Cancellation of orders and liability

    1. A consumer buyer shall have the right to cancel any contract for goods made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions within 30 days from the day after delivery of the goods. ?Cancellation of the contract can be effected by emailing us at enquiries@rutlandcycling.com or writing to us at Rutland Cycling Ltd, The Old Station Road, Wing Road, Manton, LE15 8SZ.
    2. If a Notice of Cancellation is received by the Company in accordance with clause 22 the consumer buyer shall become liable to return the goods to the Company forthwith, to such address as directed by the Company preferably in their original packaging (and without having been installed or used) and at the consumer buyer’s sole expense.
    3. If the consumer buyer fails to return the goods within 30 days of the cancellation of the contract, the Company shall be entitled to collect the goods from the consumer buyer and to recover any direct costs involved in such collection from the consumer buyer.
    4. The Company shall effect a refund of any monies owing to the consumer in respect of the goods within 14 days from the date of cancellation of the contract. Such a refund will be subject to any set of monies to which the Company is entitled under clause 25.
    5. Goods delivered to the buyer may be returned to the Company preferably in original packaging (packaging must be adequate for returning by post etc) and without being installed or used for credit within 30 days from the day after delivery of the goods.
    6. The buyer confirms that he shall comply with any or all rules relating to installation of the product concerned and fully accepts that any loss which results from forced, misdirected, inappropriate or unqualified installation shall not be accepted by the company.

    Jurisdiction

    1. This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law and industry custom and practice, and English courts shall have sole jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising there from. In respect of Internet sales, jurisdiction or the agreement shall be with English Law.

    Customer Rewards

    1. All customer rewards points accrued on purchases have a 12 month expiry date

     

    Please read and fully understand this policy before returning goods to us.

    It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel.

    If you wish to exchange an item for any reason the quickest and simplest way to do this is to place a new order for the item you want and return the other item for a refund.
