The Details
The Ortlieb Vario PS offers both a comfortable backpack and an easy to use pannier bag in one package. Using the pannier setup to secure the Vario PS securely to your bicycle, but then transforming into a comfortable and stylish rucksack for when you arrive at your destination. The transition from rucksack to pannier takes just a few seconds; a result of an innovative reversable front pocket.
The Pannier element of the bag features Ortlieb's QL2.1 fastening system which is secure, reliable and easy to use. It also has reflective stiching in the front of the bag to shine bright when hit with car headlines. This ensures you remain visible, while also retaining the stylish aesthetic of a plain black bag. Inside there is a laptop compartment, and a waterproof rolltop closure to keep your gear protected.
