We offer a 90 day returns period for all items. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Postage labels and collection services are available at a small cost for all items - including bicycles. Please read our full returns T&C's before returning items.

30 Day Test Ride

All the convenience of buying online, without the risk

When you buy a new bike at full RRP from rutlandcycling.com, you can now benefit from the added reassurance of our Rutland 30-day test ride. Once your new bike arrives, you can ride it as your own for 30 days, and we're confident you'll love it! However, if it's not right for you, we'll exchange it for another model. (There's a nominal charge of £10 for us to collect your bike - just make sure you keep the box your bike arrived in.)

On which bikes is the 30-day test ride available?

The Rutland 30-day test ride is available on all full price, non-discounted bikes available for home delivery on rutlandcycling.com. It is not available on discounted or special offer bikes, click and collect bikes, bikes bought on finance, bikes bought through Cyclescheme, or bikes bought in store. This offer is only available on bikes delivered to mainland UK addresses.

How does the test ride work?

Your 30-day test ride starts from the date your bike is delivered. You must notify us by email within 30 calendar days of delivery that you intend to return the bike within this scheme. This offer applies to all bikes purchased on or after 14th August 2014. To ensure you remain eligible, we would ask that you adopt a 'fair usage' attitude during the test ride period, and make sure there is no damage to the bike outside of the minimal wear you would expect from a bike ridden for 30 days or a few rides. Please note that any damage to the bike, including damage from incorrect assembly, will invalidate the test ride.

How many times can I use the 30-day test ride?

We will allow up to two exchanges within this scheme.

When you spend over £1000 on a 2015 model bike in our Whitwell, Grafham, or Giant store, you'll be eligible for a for a free Advanced Bike Fit (or a free Giant PowerFit at our Giant store).

The Advanced Bike Fit assesses your range of physical measurements and movements and applies them your bike to ensure that frame size, saddle position, handlebar configuration, and shoe/cleat set up are custom fitted to your body.

This means you'll get the most out of your new ride straight away and make sure you're riding comfortably, and more importantly, as fast as possible.

Free Delivery over £10

All of our bicycles are fully built by our experienced and certified mechanics prior to delivery; all you will need to do is turn the handlebars and fit some pedals.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £10, with delivery starting from £1.99 for orders below this value. We also have a selection of premium shipping options available including timed slots, morning deliveries Saturday delivery services and Collect+. There are additional postage charges that are applicable for international orders and some off shore or remote areas of the UK. All bicycles are shipped separately to other items. Free Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service offers all the benefits of shopping online, combined with an award-winning retail experience in one of our stores. Simply order your items, select Click & Collect and pick up your item at a time that's convenient for you — our stores are open 7 days a week. Best of all, the service is completely free.

Ready To Ride

Our Cytech-qualified technicians will build, check and despatch your bike in 2-3 working days, so it arrives ready to ride. All you have to do is add the pedals, tighten the handlebars and you're ready to go.

We'll contact you as soon as your bike is ready for despatch.

Fully built bikes

All of our bikes are fully built and carefully inspected by Cytech-qualified mechanics before being lovingly packaged and shipped out. All you will need to do when the bike arrives is turn the handlebars and attach some pedals. Please note that for international deliveries bikes will need to be dismantled further before shipping to allow then to be packed down into a smaller shipping box.

1 Hour Delivery Slot

For your convenience, we offer a 1 hour delivery slot option; meaning that you don’t have to wait in all day for delivery. You will need to select this service in the shipping option stage of the checkout process. Unfortunately this excludes bicycles.

0% Finance

We offer flexible finance options on all orders over £250, now with no minimum deposit! We offer 15.9% interest bearing as standard, with terms up to 48 months and we also offer flexible interest free options on selected items. Interest free finance terms start from 6 or 12 months and go up to 24 months (orders over £999.99) and 36 months (orders over £1999.99). If you're unsure on the available options, all products over £250 on our website have a unique finance calculator where you can see exactly which finance options are available on that product, allowing you to clearly see the available options and associated payment terms.
