The magnetic resistance unit provides an incredibly quiet and frictionless ride, so that you can ride whenever, regardless of who is in the house. The linear resistance increases the harder you pedal, so that you can get in a good session regardless of your fitness. At the same time, you are also able to choose from 5 adjustable levels of resistance.
