Scott's Contessa Strike eRide takes Bosch's best eBike drive system and seamlessly integrates it into a full suspension off-road machine.
The Strike eRide is constructed of lightweight alloy, light enough and stiff enough for you pick up the pace whilst remaining rugged enough to take on the trials of the trail. The RockShox Recon RL Solo Air forks and X-Fusion NUDE Trunnion rear shock provide 140mm of travel for when you're flying down a descent, keeping you in control all the way down. Thats all well and good when descending, but the sag can be inefficient when climbing back up. Thats where Scott's TwinLoc tech comes in; allowing you to change the spring curve as well as the compression dampening means you can reduce the sag, essentially changing the geometry of the bike. Or if you want full efficiency when climbing, then you can completely lock out the suspension.
SRAM's NX Eagle drivetrain is one of the best MTB drivetrains on the market; offering the performance and tech of its bigger brothers, XX1 and X01, whilst keeping the cost reasonable. A 12 speed rear cassette with a wide 11-50T ratio ensures that you have a broad range of gearing options whilst retaining the benefits of a 1x drivetrain. Saving weight, less to go wrong, less wear and tear on the chain and less chance of the chain bouncing off is just a handful of the pro's of a 1x system, as well as generally costing less.
The Bosch Performance CX motor is Bosch's top of the line motor, made for ambitious and demanding eBikers. The eMTB mode is designed for when you're attacking the trail and ensures you always get the support you need, perfectly and naturally delivered. There is no need to faff around with changing support modes either as the Performance Line CX adapts to your riding style. For more information on the Performance Line CX, see here.
