The Details
The Specialized Demo Expert is planted and has confident handling characteristics, pairing a traction-loving 29in front wheel with a snappy 27.5in rear wheel to provide a super fast and capable DH MTB.
The Demo Expert has an M5 aluminium frame with an adjustable rear end that ensure chainstay length and bottom-bracket heigh are ideal, no matter the hoop size, since the Demo is also compatible with a 29in rear-wheel if needed. The RockShox BoXXer Select 29 fork with 200mm of travel features on the Demo Expert which uses RockShox's DH DebonAir spring. At the rear end, the Demo Expert has RockShox's Deluxe Select shock which provides external rebound adjustment.
SRAM Code RS hydraulic brakes provide reliable stopping power with high modulation. Shifting is taken care of by the SRAM GX DH 7-speed groupset and the Demo Expert also features Roval alloy rims which are tubeless-ready.
