Lightweight, agile and aggressive, there's a reason why the Nukeproof Mega 290 RS 2022 Carbon Full Sus MTB has 4 Enduro World Series Title to its name.
The Mega features a T700/800 UD woven carbon fibre frameset that will allow you to fly up the climbs, whilst a new carbon swingarm helps to minimise unsprung weight. The frame has been constructed with new suspension Kinematics, made to be more subtle off the top, whilst remaining progressive and predictable. Meanwhile, Anti-squat ensures excellent pedal efficiency on rugged terrain.
Quality is abundant on every inch of the MTB. A 12 speed SRAM Eagle AXS groupset offers fast and responsive transmission, whilst SRAM Code RSC hydraulic disc brakes boast strong braking power in both the dry and the wet. Furthermore, a dropper seatpost allows you to lower your centre of gravity when descending, so that you can take corners at max speed.
Control has been optimised on the Nukeproof. A RockShox Zeb Ultimate Charger 2.1 RC2 front fork with 170mm of travel works alongside a RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate RCT 230mm rear shock to smooth out the bumps so that you can descend with confidence and control.
The Nukeproof has been topped of with fast-rolling Nukeproof Horizon V2 29" wheels and grippy Maxxis tyres that will allow you to straighten the corners and take minutes out of your opponents.
