For the new Stumpjumper EVO design, Specialized applied lessons learned while developing their Enduro model, and following more than 1,000 hours of field and suspension lab development, not only have they improved the pedalling performance of the Stumpjumper but they have made it more capable, more agile, and more lively than ever before.
Rider-First Engineered frames use a size-specific approach to ride characteristics that ensure benchmark handling and flawless performance, regardless of frame or rider size. Whether you’re a jump-happy grom riding an S1, or a DH-fiend giant in need of the lengthy S6, you’ll experience the same ride traits at the lightest possible weight.
The S-Sizing geometry of the Stumpjumper EVO is Specialized's most progressive yet. Long, low, slack, short offset fork and a steeper seat tube angle are all requirements for modern progressive riding. However, what makes the Stumpjumper EVO extra special is that the geometry is fully adjustable with six different settings. You can adjust the BB height by 10mm, adjust your head angle by two degrees, and you can make all these adjustments independently of each other. Finally, EVO lets you run a 27.5-inch rear wheel mated with a 29-inch front wheel if you want to go full-party mode.
