The new Specialized 2FO Roost SYN is the best on the market, with a best in class SlipNot rubber sole it delivers unrivalled pedal grip and connection when smashing down a trail. Low profile rubber adds durability while maintianing pedal feel and a foam for added dampening to reduce vibrations on the trail.
Even with this shoe being lightweight it has a XPEL hydrophobic lining which provides a little more cusioning and then doesn't become water logged when wet keeping it lighter.
Specialized has incorperated their Body Geometry development into this shoe meaning it will be as comfy and well thought out as any of the other shoes in their range. The new synthetic upper offers support and durability year round for a shoe that will keep up with anything you can throw at it. In the forefoot of the shoe the TPU toecap offers protection from stones and roots on technical descents. The internal heel counter adds support without adding bluk or weight to the shoe and also keeping your foot more planted and stable on the pedal.
