This great value MET Rivale MIPS helmet comes with a superior fit system as well as MIPS, aero and style plus points. The Rivale is therefore safe, comfortable and efficient.
With an aggressive presence on the road, you can have confidence in the technology behind this helmet. MIPS is a brain protection system that reduces the effect of rotational forces by redistributing the damaging rotational energy created during a crash. This, in turn, helps to lessen the effects of the impact on your head and neck. The MIPS Brain Protection System is attached to the inside of the helmet, between the comfort padding and the EPS.
The inside of the helmet has also been designed for an unparalleled individual fit. Thanks to its new Safe-T Upsilon retention system the Rivale helmet is stable on your head even over the longest of rides. A 360-degree headband also ensures that there will be no pressure points on the skull. Combine that with an easy to use vertical adjustment.
On the outside, the new Rivale MIPS has a NACA vent (low drag air inlet) which makes the Rivale MIPS more aerodynamic than its predecessor. The front of the helmet is designed with wider and longer vents that improve ventilation and which also serve as a securely docking place for your sunglasses.
