The 2018 Free bibshort was the choice of Team Ineos, with their feedback being that it was a superb short. It's not hard to see why either; there is a reason that the 2018 Free bibshort was Castelli's best selling short of all time. Castelli have taken this and added a few features to further increase your ride comfort.
The first thing to consider is the updated Progetto X2 Air seamless seat pad that offers unparallelled comfort and improved air flow where you need it most. The Giro4 leg gripper elastic offers a more secure fit whilst distributing the grip across a larger area. The vertical silicone stripes keep the short firmly in place without restricting their stretch and flexibility. Flat-lock stitching rounds the short off to prevent any chafing so you can focus on the ride.
The Vortex dimpled fabric offers aero performance, whilst re-designed bib straps stay cooler, lie flatter and are more durable. The new fabric also accomodates a better print quality for your team gear.
