Buying a bike for a loved one this Christmas? We'll help you hide it away until the big day! Order your bike today, and we'll hold your order and deliver it on your chosen day, up to Monday 21st December. The gift of a bike for Christmas is one of the most special gifts you can ever receive and we've got a great range to choose from, with bikes for roadies, mountain bikers, commuters and of course, bikes for kids.
How it works
- Simply place your Christmas bike order online
- Add a note in the "special delivery instructions" on the review your order section of the checkout, with your desired delivery date
- We'll contact you to confirm your delivery date
- Look forward to receiving your order
Make sure you add the text Christmas delivery - xx/12/2015 to the Special Delivery Instructions section on the "Review Your Order" step of checkout, with the latest date on which you would like your bike delivered:
We will do our very best to ship your bicycle to arrive on the date you specify, but cannot be held responsible for delays or issues with the supplier/courier that are beyond our control. We will send you a tracking email when your item is shipped - please refer to this for confirmation of the delivery date. In order to guarantee delivery for Christmas we would recommend requesting delivery as early as possible. If for some reason you prematurely receive a tracking email, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can aim to have your parcel re-directed.

When can you deliver my bike?
We can deliver any weekday up to and including Monday 21st December for free. We recommend choosing a delivery date no later than Friday 18th December to avoid disappointment. If you'd like delivery on a Saturday or Sunday, then please choose this option at the checkout, and supply us with a relevant delivery date.
What happens if we get a white Christmas this year?
If adverse weather is forecast and is likely to affect your bike arriving in time, we'll contact you and give you the option to get your bike delivered earlier. Alternatively, if you have any concerns please contact our friendly customer service team who will be happy to help and give advice. Unfortunately, the weather is out of our control so we cannot always guarantee Christmas delivery should this happen.
Can you hold other items for Christmas delivery?
At the moment we're only offering this service for bikes, as we've recognised that these are a difficult gift to hide! But, please feel free to add accessories or clothing alongside your bike; we will simply despatch these as soon as they are available.
Can I collect the bike from a store for Christmas?
Yes! Simply order your bike using our Click & Collect service - we recommend doing this sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment. Our store staff will then contact you to confirm a collection date. We usually hold a Click & Collect order for 10 days, so if you would like us to hold your order for longer then please add a note to the Special Delivery Instructions (as above), so we don't cancel your order prematurely.
