2015 Cube Acid Review
The Cube Acid 27.5 mountain bike provides a professional edge to recreational mountain biking. It has been designed for destroying trails and singletrack, as well as being more than competent in any woods and over the country. Featuring a 6061 aluminium frame, Manitou forks and Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, this bike will conquer any off road adventure.
The 100mm Manitou forks will absorb bumps and knock when navigating rough terrain, helping to keep your front end firmly planted on the trail at all times for maximum grip and performance. The Manitou M30 Air fork also features remote lock out so you can tailor the suspension quickly to cope with flat or steep terrain. The 6061 aluminium frame is lightweight, stiff and responsive. This frame will fly around the trails, it's easy to ride, quick to accelerate and grippy in tight corners. The Acid is finished off with a pair of powerful hydraulic Shimano disc brakes, which provide you with incredible stopping power and a smooth, tough Shimano XT rear mech for crisp, reliable gear changes.
Just an utterly amazing machine. This bike handles like a dream with incredibly quickly cornering and straight line speed. Cube have really gone to great lengths with the component choices and colours. I wouldnt consider any other bike at this price point, and Rutland Cycling built and packaged the bike to a brilliant level. Overall, fantastic! 10/10

2015 Cube Aim Disc Review
The Cube Aim Disc 27.5 mountain bike is perfect for riders who want to get a bit more out of their first mountain bike. With powerful disc brakes and reliable Shimano gears it really is a bike that you can depend on mile after mile and the 27.5" wheels balances responsiveness and performance - ideal bike for entering into the world of mountain biking.
The Aim Disc fits the German sterotype to a tee, everything about it is functional and efficient. What you get from this bike is everything that you need and expect of an MTB - and it performs exceptionally well for the money that you pay for it. What you don't get is a jazzy paint job, or ridiculously high spec pieces of componentry to make you jump for your wallet. There is nothing peculiar on this bike, the back end won't suddenly step out and it will only ever skid in a straight line. It is a solid introduction to mountain biking and even if you move on to glitzier things, you'll always want to keep this in your stable.
