Bike Mechanic, Giant Store at Rutland Water
Salary up to £18,500 pa
Key to achieving our goal of becoming Britain’s best cycling destination, inspiring more people to own and ride a bike is the after sales support delivered to our customers by qualified mechanics on our full range of bikes from entry level to high end specifications.
Ideally Cytech qualified (if not, we will provide the necessary training), your mechanical knowledge will be matched by your ability to be a flexible team player who is able to deliver a first class technical service to our customers through high standards and the efficient turnaround of maintenance and repairs work. You will also be called upon to sell parts and accessories at the workshop counter utilising your sales skills.

Deputy Manager, Histon Store, and Giant Cambridge Store

In this key role you will be assisting the Store Manager to effectively manage and maintain a profitable and sales driven store. Working closely with all team members, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer care both in the workshop and on the sales floor.

Part-time Seasonal Stores Staff Required

Located on the shores of Rutland and Grafham Waters with breath taking views, as well as the forestry setting of Fineshade woods, and more recently Ferry Meadows in Peterborough, our modern and well equipped stores offer cyclists of all standards a first class service. We pride ourselves on being a retail and leisure destination, delivering excellent service, quality products and a genuine passion for cycling.
Delivering a first class bike hire, sales and maintenance service to our customers, we are now looking to recruit key team members across all in-store functions. Duties will vary depending on the specific role but will include greeting customers and dealing with enquiries, providing an exceptional customer experience. Full training will be given.
