Cycle hire is at the heart of what we do, since 1981 we've rented over 1.5million bikes.
Our cycle hire is Ideal for corporate groups, team-building days or entertaining corporate visitors, guaranteeing a fun way for everyone to explore some fantastic destinations in the Midlands.
Our Corporate Cycle hire packages are available at Rutland Water, Pitsford Water, Grafham Water and Leicester Everards Meadows.
All our destinations include signposted, traffic-free routes, plenty of points of interest and a café or pub is never far away. You can scan our trail maps at every destination for GPS navigation, or we can provide a printed map, plus our store teams are always happy to share their knowledge of the routes to ensure your day goes smoothly.
Our Corporate Cycle Hire Destinations
Rutland Water has over 3,000 acres of beautiful rolling countryside to enjoy. Our Whitwell store is located on the North Shore.

Located at the Brixworth Country Park car park, Pitsford Water has a 7-mile cycle loop around the water.

Grafham Water is England's third largest reservoir nestled in 1500 acres of beautiful countryside. Enjoy 9 miles of mostly traffic free cycling around the beautiful Grafham Water reservoir.

Everards Meadows provides 70 acres of beautiful green space to explore. You can cycle around the quiet country park, or ride all the way into the bustling Leicester City centre.

Our Cycle Hire Routes
We have destinations and routes to suit all group requirements, with shorter loops around Pitsford and Grafham Water or make a day of it at Rutland Water, with the choice to follow the 15-mile or 23-mile loop.
We have a variety of bikes to choose from, including hybrid and mountain bikes, electric bikes and tandems.
Our Leicester Everards Meadow site offers a great choice for city hire, with a 4-mile, traffic-free route into the city centre. Our Leicester store is also located next to the famous Everards Brewery, where you could finish your ride with a meal or even a brewery tour!

FAQs
All our bikes are current season models and expertly maintained. We have a range of sizes to suit all adults. Free helmet hire is included with every bike.
What could be better than enjoying the great outdoors on 2 wheels. We have mechanical, electric and tandem bikes available and traffic-free trails at some of the midland's best locations. Our hire team will help all the group get set up and familiar with the bike before you set off, so everyone will feel comfortable to enjoy the ride.
We can cater for most group sizes. Please contact us with your group size and we will be able to assist you further. All groups are self-lead, we unfortunately cannot accompany rides.
We advise all riders wear flat, sturdy shoes. We provide helmets free of charge with every bike.
We can provide a completed risk assessment for cycle hire.
Staff at our store are first aid trained. As we cannot provide a first aid trained ride leader to accompany you, we advise a member of your group is first aid trained.
There are toilets, cafés, and parking at all our hire destinations. More details can be found on our individual store pages. Our cycle hire maps highlight cafes and pubs along the route, providing plenty of places for your group to stop for refreshments.
Our cycle hire starts from £24.99pp for 2-hour hire and £34.99 for full day hire. Discounts are available for groups of 10+, please contact us for a quote. We only offer a full day hire rate from our Rutland Water stores.
If you have an issue with any of our bikes while out cycling, our store teams can come and assist you.
Yes, we are not limited to corporate hire, we offer cycle hire discounts to large groups and we also specialise in school group hire.
