I have a question regarding stock availability

Our website has a live stock feed from our warehouse, our stores and out supplies which is updated in real time. If an item shows in stock or out of stock then that is accurate. You can click 'check store availability' on the relevant product listing in order to view exactly which locations have that item available. If you wish to view the item in a different location then you will need to call that store directly.

How do I redeem my Rutland Reward points?

  • To view your Rewards balance and redeem your points, you'll first need to set up ('link') your Rutland Rewards account with your main Rutland Cycling customer account. Here's how:

    1. Go to www.rutlandcycling.com and click on the 'Account' icon at the top of the page. Login/Create a new online account, using the same email address as you used to place your order (you can find this on your order confirmation email).

    2. On your Main Profile page, click on the green Customer Rewards button ('Find out how to save now') and sign in to your Rewards account, again using the same email address and password.

    3. Click the 'Account' icon at the top of the page again, and you should now see your Reward points balance.

    4. Add items to your Basket. When you are ready to checkout, use the 'Apply Points' button in the Basket, then proceed to checkout.

  • How do I join your Rutland Rewards Club?

  • I'm a new customer

    Simply create a new customer account on our website through our Log-in page. We'll automatically enrol you in our Rutland Rewards Club and you'll get a confirmation email as soon as you have some Rewards. You'll earn cashback ("Rewards") on all products you buy from this point forward and can spend your Rewards straight away.

    I shop with you online

    Your Rutland Rewards Club account will activate the next time you make a purchase with us. You will receive a confirmation email to tell you how many points you have.

    I shop with you in-store

    If you've given us your details (including your email address) in store in the past, your Rutland Rewards Club account will already be active.

    To redeem your Rewards in store, just ask a member of our team as you make your purchase. They can also let you know your current Rewards balance.

    To redeem your Rewards online, you’ll need to:

    1. Create a new profile on our website, using the same email address you gave us in store
    2. Click on the Link Accounts button [see screenshot below]
    3. Look out for your Rutland Rewards Club confirmation email, and follow the link to access your Rewards Club account, view and redeem Rewards

    You can now earn and spend your Rutland Rewards online and in store.

  • I have a tracking email but the link doesn’t work, where is my item?

  • When an item is shipped, it is often the case that tracking will not show up until the courier scans the item into their depot. We would recommend waiting until the evening and checking the link again as it may take a few hours to show as live. If you have selected an economy delivery service then unfortunately tracking will not be available, however you may still get sent a link.
  • I need technical advice regarding a product.

  • Please refer to our helpful buying guides for a variety of useful information on all things bike related. If you’re still stuck though, you can always call our knowledgeable customer service team on 0330 555 0080 or email them at enquiries@rutlandcycling.com.
  • I have a question about an event, who should I contact?

  • The best place to look would be the relevant event on our Rutland Cycling Facebook page. Alternatively you could call the relevant store, if the event is specific to a location, however if you’re still stuck then you can ring our helpful customer service team on 0330 555 0080 who should be able to point you in the right direction.
  • How can I place an order?

  • We have developed a highly intuitive website which will allow you place an order, select postage options, view delivery estimates and track your order from start to finish. However if you prefer to talk to someone then you can call our friendly customer service team on 0330 555 0080 and place your order over the phone. We also have a selection of large, industry leading shops based in and around the Midlands, so if you’re local you could always pay us a visit – we’d love to see you!
  • Do you offer discount, or price match?

  • Unfortunately we don’t offer any discount outside of our price match policy (http://www.rutlandcycling.com/content/price-match.aspx). We do however offer money back on every purchase in the form of Rewards Points which you can use next time you shop. We also offer 1 hour delivery slots, 30-day test rides, 120-day returns and more.
  • What size do I need? (bikes, clothing, helmets etc)

  • How will my bike arrive?

  • Please refer to individual listings, as some bikes are sent boxed and un-built, while some are shipped fully built. We do offer a PDI option for un-built bikes, in order to get this service you will simply need to add the PDI item to your basket, along with your bike. When a bike is given a PDI, it will be fully built and set up; you will just need to tighten the handlebars and fit the pedals when it arrives.
  • I have some Reward Points from a previous purchase, how can I use them?

  • You will need to login on the website in order to use your points, this can be done by clicking the login button at the top right of any web page. Once you login in you will notice a prompt next to the login button which will encourage you to link your Rewards account. Once linked, you can shop as normal and then apply your points in the basket page. Please note; you must apply your points before checkout as we cannot apply discount after you have ordered.
  • When will my item arrive?

  • Despatch times vary depending on the location of your item within our network. You will see an estimated delivery date both at the checkout and in your confirmation email. If your item hasn't arrived when it should have then it would be worth double checking with your local Post Office to see if they’re holding anything for you. Alternatively courier tracking can provide an indication of the status of your parcel.
