• Additional terms may apply for individual voucher codes or promotions and these will be specified separately
• Unless specified otherwise, voucher codes and promotions will exclude; ex-hire, ex-demo, return and other pre-loved bikes, Wahoo products.
• Unless specified, voucher codes may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other Rutland Cycling or third party offer including Cashback sites unless specifically stated.
• Voucher codes and promotions may only be distributed via 3^rd party partner sites (affiliates) under strict authority of Rutland Cycling
• Voucher codes and promotions may be removed from deal sharing sites in cases where the offers are valid to specific customer accounts (in example of thanking for loyalty)
• Voucher codes and promotions may only be redeemed at the time of ordering and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit against prior purchases
• Vouchers may only be redeemed once unless specific terms permit multiple redemptions
• Products which are excluded will not contribute towards the total basket value within the minimum or qualified spend threshold
• Rutland Cycling reserves the right to refuse redemption of a voucher or promotion if a credit application is unsuccessful
• Voucher codes have a cash value 0.0001p
• Rutland Cycling will not enter into any correspondence in the event of any disputes
• All orders that have a voucher code redeemed against are subject to our usual terms and conditions and privacy policy available at www.rutlandcycling.com or you can request a copy from our Rider Support team via ridersupport@rutlandcycling.com
• Voucher codes and discount promotions cannot be used in conjunction with Cycle To Work.
• Please be aware that the use of a voucher code or promotion may reduce your basket value below the threshold for 0% finance. This will be made clear later on in the checkout process when all available finance options are presented for your selection.
