The combination of one side flat one side clipless means you can ride with cleats or normal shoes. This means your bike can be suitable for all types of riding from racing events to leisure cycling. The pedals also feature adjustable cleat tension which means you can start with loose tension for easy engagement and work your way up as you gain confidence and skill.
