In true British fashion, the Briton is suited to all sorts of weather, with the chainguard and mudguards keeping you clean and looking your best, whilst the reliable hub brakes and gears are effective no matter what the conditions.
Based upon the model Pashley have produced from their very earliest days in the 1920s, the steel frame is coupled with a classic sweeping handlebar to give you an elegant upright seated position that lets you glide along through the countryside in comfort. This comfort is enhanced by the inclusion of a hand-made Brooks B66S saddle which gradually shapes to your form to become a truly customized and supportive seat. A front dynamo headlamp completes this luxurious lineup, never needing batteries to keep you safe at night.
The Briton 5 Speed is equipped with reliable Sturmey Archer 5 speed internal hub gears.
All Pashley bikes are built to order, please allow between 18-20 weeks for delivery.

How do I measure my height?
With your shoes off, stand upright against a wall, with your shoulders back and legs together. Use a pencil to make a small mark on the wall above your head – make sure you hold the pencil parallel to the floor. Then measure from the floor to your mark, in centimetres or feet and inches.

With your shoes off, stand upright with your back against a wall. Place a book/ruler between your legs, level with your crotch. Then measure from the floor to the top of the book/ruler, in centimetres or feet and inches (it’s easier if a friend helps).

Bikes are given a full pre-delivery inspection and delivered 95% built, with only pedals to be fitted and handlebars to be adjusted. Sent via a 24 hour courier service in a best in sector bike cargo box with wheel braces and wrapped in 100% recyclable protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
**Some off-shore locations and areas of Scotland may incur a surcharge of £39.99. Please check shipping cost before checking out, these areas may also have an extended lead time.
