For 125 years Raleigh has been creating market-leading bikes. Founded in 1887 in Nottingham, Raleigh set out from the very beginning to create usable everyday bikes. Over the next century, Raleigh bikes was transformed from a small company making three bikes a week to the world's biggest Bike Manufacturer, creating some of cycling's most iconic bikes along the way.
Raleigh has become world-renowned for their children's bikes. In the 1980s, Raleigh was responsible for some of the coolest bikes around, including the Raleigh Chopper and Burner. Raleigh kids' bikes were so popular, chances are you remember owning one as a child! Whilst the Raleigh Motus electric bike has been awarded the status of ‘Indy Best Buy’.
